Great thermal. Not too thick, but warm.
I often have to get a large in long sleeves due to my long arms/broad shoulders, but I took a chance and ordered the medium and the sleeves are perfect.
This is about as think as two cotton tee shirts, but it is much softer and feels great. So far, I have washed/dried it three times and it has held up perfectly. I expect to have it a long time.

Comfortable, great fit, not irritating, and keeps me warm. I would wear UA for sports, but this is great for a extra layer on my work commute. It's not tight like UA, so it doesn't suffocate me by the end of the day.

I got the Duofold Men's Midweight Thermal for very cold days.
I didn't like the texture of the material at all, it feels like a cold, synthetic wet sponge and when I wore it, it was not really to my liking, I felt like Aquaman or Namor the Sub-Mariner.
I'm a big guy and my size felt very tight on me, I'm sure they make it that way (think Spandex). It's soft (in an annoying synthetic way), but I just like the old Men's Thermals made out of rough, warm fibers and I'm going to stick with those.
I'll leave this stuff for the ballerinas.

I bought 4 different brands to try and find the best option for avoiding the sackcloth phenomenon that has infiltrated our long underwear industry.
This was hands down the winner, highly recommended for comfort, durability, and price.

Duofold makes excellent thermal underwear for those cold, cold days and nights. The cotton/polyester two layered fabric is actually extremely well made and this underwear lasts years with proper care. It can be worn as underwear under your outdoor clothes or you can wear it in bed with your pajamas on over it. Whatever way you choose you can't go wrong with Duofold thermal underwear.
The fabric is just as soft as they say it is; and this thermal undershirt keeps you much warmer than you think it would. It appears flimsy and floppy before you put it on--but after you're wearing it you'll notice a huge difference. You'll be a lot warmer with it! It also does not bunch or wrinkle easily.
As for maintenance, I just put mine in the clothes washer and dryer and everything always comes out fine. If you have any concerns about the color of this undergarment "bleeding" onto white colored clothing, just wash this with garments that are not white. You'll be fine. In addition, it shrinks very little.
