 Warm vest by Turfer Mar 14, 2010
This company makes the best of warm, comfortable vests. This is my second one, and while they are probably meant for outdoor use, they also perform inside when we are trying to keep the heat down in winter. Reversible, with zipper pockets and basically windproof. I find them very useful.

The reversible vest that I purchased was micro-fiber to fleece. I looked for a long time for a lightweight vest that would still be warm when needed, for my husband, who is in a wheelchair. And it needed to be "slippery" on one side to make it easier for him to get on. This one was everything we were looking for! He wears it almost every day now that our weather is getting warmer. And it's washable!!

This vest works for me. However, one problem that I have been having is the lint from the fleece. The lint can ball up and rub off on fabric (car seat, in particular) and also can leave a thin bluish layer, which can be quite annoying. This problem was very severe at first, but on washing it once it seems to have become much less severe. I had other fleece clothes before, and I do not remember a lint problem of this type. But it could be that all fleece does have some lint problem to varying degrees. With this problem almost taken care of, I am enjoying this piece of clothes very much, almost everyday.
